Hi, I’m Hana, a passionate Shiatsu practitioner with a background in holistic nutrition and macrobiotic consulting. I’ve been trained in Zen Shiatsu technique by completing four years of full professional training, which has greatly influenced my approach to health and wellness.
Aside from Shiatsu, I am very dedicated in general nutrition and an expert in the macrobiotic diet. I believe that what we eat plays a crucial role in our overall health and well-being, and love to share my life-changing knowledge with my clients. I’m also very passionate about cooking healthy meals for myself, my family, and even my clients if they fancy a bite! As well as a healthy diet, I also enjoy hiking, fitness, yoga, and working with children.
My goal as a Shiatsu practitioner is to help my clients achieve optimal health and well-being. I hope that by living a healthy lifestyle myself and advising others to do the same, I can make a positive impact on the world.
